

Once more there will be the usual options like classic and lean, but they all look like they are pretty much the same thing. In terms of equipment, you will be looking at a T25 level of gear such as yoga mats, dumbbells and a stability ball.

This time around they are promising 30 minute workouts, which is a length I enjoyed from T25. The announcement of P90X3 in December obviously provides a decent option. It is nice to be told exactly what to do on each day without having to worry about your routine or mixing it up having to think about any of those other difficult things. It is a difficult question to answer, because the programs do build up a comfort blanket over time. After finishing P90X and T25 alpha, beta and gamma the obvious question is, what next? Have I outgrown the beachbody workouts or do I still need them to hold my hand when going to the gym?
